  4. we own 2 grinders a diesel Vermeer 352, and a Danequip 27hp narrow access machine, I charge as much as i can get..
  5. Blowing a real gale here now, lets face it if a tree does blow over or the root plate goes what can you do about it in this weather? The only trees worth doing will be trees down in roads or in driveways...

  14. Surly its the same down your way? doesn't matter if its a 36'' diameter oak stump or a 2'' lilac they want the stumps out down here....
  15. first tip if you are lucky enough find a good local saw shop and saw doctor, use him for your new saws, chains, bars etc as well as repairs, I have built up a great relationship with my local saw shop.. I roll up at 4.30 with brocken saw , if it can be fixed I generally work out in around half an hour, with a running saw! I shop around when buying new saws, blowers etc, but I ALWAYS give my saw guy the chance to match, in some cases I accept he can't beat internet prices and I pay slightly over the top, that way we both win, I get the service he gets a loyal customer... A good local saw shop and saw doc is essential for a small arb firm..
