  1. I'd agree with James, lens choice is often overlooked by novices. A good lens will make all the difference. I've had various Cannon bodies but my latest is a 450D which does everything i need it to do. Mainly Landscapes.
  2. Not bad, I'd like one in a PDF format as i have to keep re-spacing these word doc.s and they are a bone ache to print like that. Otherwise very good but i'd guess very similar to ones that those of us doing large commercial works have to submit anyway.
  3. The FC had a few, the name escapes me but there is one left running at Dunsfold Landrovers Museum in Surrey.
  4. Quadski looks awesome BUT too wide as a conventional quad, i guess that's to give it stability on water + i reckon you'd be pretty pissed off the first time you holed the hull coming ashore on some rocks lol Ground clearance looks naff. I'd still have one though

  13. Bingo Allbutt are very good, quite pricey if i recall but good. Get a 4 in 1 bucket you can lift most logs with that and then a heavy duty silage grab for brash. DO NOT get one with bolt on tines as they bend like blades of grass !!

  20. No 'cause he knows he'd get pummeled lol
  21. I take it you have little competition for roundwood on Arran then if you can chip it ? Will it all go for biomass on the island ? how much do you get for the chip delivered in ? PM me if you don't want to post it lol
