  1. Do not know if this has been seen before but I was watching tv at my sisters{I dont watch tv at home) and I came across a prog called Challenge Tommy on Quest. It's a building/house renovation thing? and i could not believe it when I saw a guy using a water cooled/diamond tipped chainsaw to cut through brickwork and not wearing any safety gear at all. There was a moment when he was wearing goggles but that seemed to be it. Are there different rules for the building trade when it comes to using a chainsaw?
  2. Read this some while ago: http://www.forestryjournal.co.uk/archivejuly-b.htm the article was continued in august and one reader suggested 'Alcohol'. it would seem fuel manufactureres are adding a percentage of biofuel into the blend and biofuel petrol substitute is basically alcohol, which burns hot and fast - hence melted pistons.?
  3. Just recently moved down to Homersfield nr Harleston and came across this: http://www.hemcore.co.uk/logs.htm has anyone tried this stuff?
