Yep straight to Prision do not pass go do not eat any turkey lol My mates was 2ft lb over the legal limit when he bought it from his local gunsmiths. The old bill came down very very hard on all concerned. He got away with it because he bought it in good faith and goods as described etc.

Hmm I didn't use to rate the big heizohack's much and i still don't compared to dynamic as they don't have the infeed power. However for whole tree chipping it makes the Jenz look like a 9" PTO chipper, it pulls in well and has good down pressure. The John Deere is a little small TBH. It's doing ok though.

Yeah sorry i was assuming people would now what it is. Volvo FL7 4x4 with diff locks etc. double extension crane and boughton winch up front. Very very usefull piece of kit for shifting timber. All yours for 11k + VAT Bargin.

I'm not going to be as diplomatic as Peter lol Ed has one for sale in the classifieds, it's a very very good example and if your anywhere near him well worth a look. Pick his brains while your there as he has run various trucks for many years. Matt.

I much prefer shears on an excavator myself, the head on a forwarder is to much of a compromise IMO.

I used to charge a flat day rate and just turn up and crack on. They were fairly good at estimating how long jobs took.

Yes we are going the whole job mate, two teams cutting, 3 forwarders, 1 8 wheeler chip shuttle, a 13T 360, 1 x john deere @ 200HP and 1 x 32" Heizohack. Me get my boots dirty no fear ! I'm 140 miles to far away to work direct on this one lol

There's probably only just over 200 tons there in both piles, the product of 2 days chipping. Only another 10 days to go !! Chip is going to various different power installations all over the country. That's the beauty of AHS we aren't limited to one market.
