  1. Don't give up the day job 👍
  2. I agree, why should we have minority groups constantly on the telly box?
  3. Out and about I found this.
  4. "Nine thousand cases of child sexual exploitation are being reviewed by the Metropolitan Police, the force has confirmed. In a statement, the Met said it was reinvestigating the cases which involve "intra-familial, peer-on-peer and in institutional settings, along with those which do not fit the common understanding of a 'grooming gang'". From another news source. Conservative estimates state that there are at least 500 000 cse cases per year.
  5. If you don't understand, just ask
  6. Yes I do, the original post was way out of context. Same as adding something to the end of the above, there has to be someone from the police as well as social work and every other agency involved, I think that someone from the judiciary is probably wrong to have as the chair but they should be impartial.
  7. Obviously not then, no wonder there is much to complain about regarding parenting.
  8. Delightful, didn't your parents teach you that if you haven't anything nice to say then just keep quiet? I would add relevant to that too.
  9. No, you were cherry picking something out of the story and out of context, perhaps you should actually use something from the articles you post and say something about them? How about who should be leading the inquiry, and how it should be led? Who should be giving evidence and from what levels of the different services ie. Case workers or senior management?
  10. You're cherry picking again.
  11. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c205g21n1zzo I've been waiting to hear about this as I was invited to be part of the trial in the UK. The UK results should hopefully confirm the US results and we will have better and earlier diagnosis of cancer. Great news !
  12. Were you the same size?
  13. Cogito ergo sum.
  14. Might be = Is Complete idiocy
  15. Ah ad hominem, the barrel scraping reply. I see that not only are union flags being flown upside down on lampposts by the moronic right but St. George's cross too!
  16. Be careful or you'll burst.
  17. Was to show you how racists use scapegoating for so many things that they see in the news just to promote a worldview. However its a fools errand as you are either too stupid to understand or too narcissistic to care, or more likely both.
  18. And another one. How about the longest dinosaur trackway in the UK? Housing insulation, prostate cancer screening, self defence for parents, redevelopment problems due to owners being untraceable, 13st Mallamute?
  19. As you do about scapegoating. Let's have a quick look at the chief scapegoater AKA Tommy laxative Robinson; has a go at Gary Neville on social media about an assault with a bladed article in Bradford saying to Gary "You reckon this will be middle-aged white men, Gary?" However it turns out the attacker was a middle-aged white man named Dave Nouch, well 31 years old. Another scapegoating numbskull that can't see beyond their own racism. Do we need to drag @eggsarascal into this too?
  20. No it's scapegoating, pure and simple. You use it too often any news item and you look for a way to make it about race, religion, or political/sexual persuasion.
  21. Yeah it seems that you always want it to.
  22. The council have taken down lots of ash showing signs near roads and footpaths locally and I'm indebted to the ground crew etc for leaving a lot just lying. They took the trunks mainly leaving lots of limbs and gnarly bits. Happily I have around 2 winters worth now. Lots of habitat created by the smaller branches and also the dying self seeded saplings which are slowly collapsing.
  23. Pressed the wrong button obviously 🤣
  24. 30 minute meeting and no subsequent meeting! What's the point in the post?
