i am off to the ostio tomorrow for a lttle service. my back is great as long as i go to the gym and do a warm up and my exercises. if not i am seized up all day. so much better though after a gym session

Picked up a nasty trapped nerve in my shoulder the other day, giving me grief for the first couple of hours each day right now, must be worth a go!!

 

I know how your feeling, did the same thing on friday, just spent the weekend digging out for a landscaping job I'm in agony now.

Well I just added another woe to my tail, was chopping some freshly harvested chillies to put in my meal, rubbed my eye and thats streaming as if I got maced. On the bright side, my eye stings so much that I've forgotten about my shoulder:thumbup1:
