You either send them to a PC/tablet by hardwire or email or think you can use the icons above the box you write your reply in and locate the images on the phone.

 

I would do what ADW said and also talk to the dealer and ask for a resolution. Doesn't sound unfair to me!

 

I hope there is a solution I'm so annoyed to be honest it shouldn't be happening so soon I known the work they do is hard and they put up with A lot of workload but cracking so soon?

Just looked at one I have in ready to go out and would say that with that damage, the saw has had a heavy impact on the top of the handle around where the throttle lock is.....just going on what I see!

 

This isn't what I have seen on any of the 540Ts I have in. In fact, most damage is caused when the nylon tie straps shear and the AV mounts are stretched excessively.
