My everyday watch that I've been wearing needs to retire; it cost £20 when I bought it as a lad and is now well over 20 years old. In that time it's been scraped along the sea bed, thrown, crushed you name it. One battery and three straps later it's still good. But I think I'd like a new one that can cope with the rigours of outdoor work and abuse as well as this one has and given its excellent service I am drawn to Casio again (like the second pic) - unless anyone can suggest otherwise? :001_smile:

Have a look at silvermans.co.uk army surplus, they have a big range of military & outdoor watches. I got a CWC from there about 12 years ago, have worn it for work ever since. They are pretty well indestructable.

I know, but it doesn't stop me cursing the bloody things when I get home covered in black gunge :001_smile:
