I’d agree regards mis spent money and waste within the NHS on a scale that’s blatantly out of control.

I’d agree regards mis spent money and waste within the NHS on a scale that’s blatantly out of control. 

Totally agree, I see total incompetence of budgetary control every day at work. Its absolutely mindboggling the amount of money wasted alongside a total lack of accountability.

Seems it’s not just the UK having issues, speaking to a mate in Germany this morning and they are seeing rapid rises in all fuel costs and a shortage of many materials.
