If you get the AA Journal, there's a good article on moving mature trees in Hong Kong. That's a sapling in comparison.

Brilliant, something to be proud of, I was on a job in Holland Park, Kensington, where ruskins moved a load of red oaks .fantastic to see the tree spade in action
