botex 360 crane

igland double drum winch

full under body protection and front blade ,,by jas wilsons ,,

 

Great for me as i can winch over trees with it,, skid big trees,,

extract with crane ,, load and unload sawmill ,, i also use it for

stacking and stickering large dining table size pieces of timber ,,

Nice set up. Any reason you went for a botex 360 rather than a 560? Is that the 5t double drum wilson had for sale recently?

 

I've got a new trailer on order from wilsons Botex 570tl on a 11t euro trailer with extending axel.

hello,,

 

Had it a couple of years now,, somebody else spent the money to get it how it is,,

 

a 560 would be great but being honest i think the 360 is idealsize for an old tractor like this,,, roof cranes do put alot of stress on rear axle,, ive got a seal gone in the rear axle of mine,, the whole crane and frame needs to come off to gain access to remove the rear trumpet (axle end section),, my tractor mechanic mate says im best to leave it till it gets worse ,,itll get new bearing and any other wearing part replaced when the seals do get replaced

Bought this old Fordson major a few weeks back, the head gasket was blown and the head had been removed and skimmed but it was so poor I have had it re-surfaced and the valves seats re-cut

Its due to be bolted back together this week :biggrin:

 

Has anybody got any implements for sale I can use with the old girl ??? Im thinking of a power arm, loader, plough, transport box, winch anything please PM me :thumbup:
