Is that Brit made equipment?

 

Valtra is made in Finland. We have a Valtra 101 thats 120 HP and seems to be a good strong reliable tractor.

Its got controls in the back so you can turn the seat around and drive it backwards! Totally useless but you can do so!

 

Seen one with a big stump grinder fitted and it looked useable but the reverse controls are not very ergonomic.

i thought the reverse controlls were helpfull with a forwarding trailer?

no it appears not they are ment to be 640x420 pixels don't look like it.

Reverse stearing has it's place when mowing and forwarding. Never had a tractor that does it though. I'd have a slightly bigger tractor that the N101 for a cab crane and harvester head one of the small T series T130 maybe.

 

As for ground clearance it's great in the woods, however its a pain to use our chipper on as the angle of the pto is so steep. Also the lift on the arms doesn't pick the big topper up very high either. Still i love 'em especially the HiShift gear box.
