HI ROVER it worth some money now mate :thumbup1:you start them with a cartridge mate yes thanks jon :thumbup:

 

Apparently they were offered £10k 6 years ago JON. He had a big heavy starting handle for it but did say you could use a cartridge.

Don't think it would be that much JON. He knows a local guy with a fully restored one and I think he said that was worth £15 to £20k

Had the massey for a short while, thought it was a plain 390 but at the weekend I had it running and swore I could hear a turbo. Popped the bonnet and sure enough there is one! So I guess this makes it a 390T, happy days!

Probably have it up for sale soon

 

The Case is a cracking little tractor! Its got some go to it for a small tractor

Quite a few 390s had aftermarket turbos put on to give them a bit more poke.

Hi JIM good tractor mate now is it a 3 stick gear box or a 12 speed one thanks jon

It came from the national trust so I'm surprised they would have had an aftermarket one fitted, but its a logical explanation. Definitely only says 390 on the plate.

 

Hi Jon, 12 speed with the high/low splitter. All on the 1 gear lever on the right. Not great with the loader! Decent bit of kit though, only got about 3000 hours on her Jim
