we use a fastrac which is loveley and comfy with the cb on into the night silageing 65k which is faster than any johndeere, which you wouldnt want to do with the county, but i wouldnt go in the wood with the fastrac or a deere and it wouldnt go where the county goes - i wouldnt take the 7820 into the wood

you boys are frightened of a mans machine:001_tt2:

rohan

Im going to try and dig out some pics of the deere being used as a skidder in some super tight spaces and to be fair its not the machine its the size of the balls of the person driving it.

They are good little tractors, dont uswe much fuel either always good

Its good in the wood, not too big and clumsy. Although i

could do with another 20hp and 50k on the road when you are hauling stuff regularly 10-15 miles.

You can certainly tell when there is 10 ton of wood on the back plus the trailer, I was fetching some sitka on friday, steep hill on back road no run up, started spinning, had to stop put 4wd an diff lock in and still dug up the road:biggrin:

Ah well cant have everything have to wait a couple of years!:thumbup1:
