I've put a couple of louvres in my ms150 exhaust, I used a dremel cut off wheel and screw driver/flat pliers to open up the vents

Did you have to adjust the carb it's 3 weeks old so do you recommend now or wait for the warranty to run out thanks

If it's done a couple of hours work it would be a good time to do it, you may have to richen up on the H screw 1/8 to 1/4 turn, (anti clockwise).

Hi giys don the mod how does it sound haven't touched the carb settings yet seems to cut good trying to upload but Taptalk says the video is to big only a 1 minutes long please advise welcome as don't want to damage piston ect it's only a 3 weeks old [emoji4]

It seems ther is a stop on the h screw as can turn clock wise but not anti clockwise so i can go no furthe than it could before?

Pull the plug out after a running the saw for a few cuts in the log. Have a look at the colour. Do the same again and check the colour and adjust accordingly.

 

Just don't pull the cap too hard as I pulled mine off!
