Does anyone run a chip truck on the forum

I was talking to a fella in the know today , that you can run them on red , dont need a tacho and dont need a hgv licence

I dont want to open a can of worms and i know it is a loop hole but people are doing it

No one I know of has a chip truck on this forum.

We use to have one visit the village on a Friday night, he did kebabs to, not sure if he ran on red or not
