Try AT Osborne i think they are still Fransgard agents.

 

The metal arm with the hole in is the engage disengage leaver. The big nuts hold the drums in and the little nuts either side adjust the pressure on the clutch pate when it's engaged.

 

Take the the drums out clean the back end of the plate up and look for glazing. Check the drive chain that comes up from the PTO to the shaft that drives the drums.

Pto would be best way to transfer the engine power through to the winch( unless you have an old mog with under belly pto for hydraulics) werner are a great winch and pritty quick, just trying to find one and the price of one are the issues!
