Andy, I ran a BB when I worked for AHS, I had generic risk assessments emailed to me and the BB opened it as like a mini .xls file which i could file in.

It sounds to be as if you haven't got the latest OS on your BB or it just plain isn't compatible.

With regards to the earlier touch screen phone versus sawdust etc comment. I now have an Iphone and although I was dubious at first I have to say in the right case it's survived The Lakes jobs, and domestic arb etc. It's streets ahead of everything else for usability IMO.

I even have Tom Tom sat nave on it now which I downloaded for 45.00 as soon as it came out.

Perhaps an online search for BB software is your only solution Andy.

That sounds like what I was after, I did read it some time ago in a magazine, but cant find it online. My OS is 4.5, which I understood should be sufficient to run this kind of file, hell the phone does everything else with no problems, and far more complex than a simple file such as r/a's. But I shall persevere as time allows.:001_smile:

Right, now I've jst finished punching my head, banging it on the table etc, turns out OS4.5 has the documents to go app. Reason for the head-banging/thumping, I deleted the application some time ago as I thought I didnt need it:bash: so now all I have to do is figure out how to re-install it:confused1:then I should be good to go......or not:001_rolleyes:

Risk assessments on blackberry. I will try and help if i can Andy. You need strong gloves, keep your arms covered up. If you do get a thorn remove it with tweezers and put some savlon cream on to stop it being infected.:lol::lol:

I think we need a "tumbleweed" Smilie!!!:001_tt2:
