Cool! I've moved away from planed timber recently due to the faff and that the Logosol 4 side planer is built of Swiss cheese.

Look forward to hearing how you get on.

She's a serious bit of kit, nice work!

Are there many blocks and tooling with it?

A humongous extractor will be required (and many, many bags)

For a bit kit that big it doesnt look like it will take very wide boards maybe you dont need it to , nice to be able to do 4 sides at once and and moulding ace do show us it working when you get it set up

Good lluck with it

they only usually do up to 9" boards as they are intended for things like door frames.

i used to work with one and we rarely used wider boards than 8" for our work. they are great machines as you chuck rough sawn timber in one end and get par out the other side.

i've just found the biggest planer i've ever seen on ebay.

Collected the planer Tuesday, my poor old John Deer couldn't budge it!!! Luckily it didn't go through the floor of the trailer!!!! Picked the geni up yesterday so hopefully I'll be having a play with it next week!! I think there will be some head scratching 😁
