Not the best day today, but you gotta laugh...

Managed to destroy the engine on the little Rayco stumpy :blushing:

Absolutely no compression, interesting rattling sounds on crankshaft.

It's done 12 years so I can't complain.

Does anyone have a 390cc honda engine they want to sell?

It's the 13hp one with a 1 inch diameter output shaft.

I don't mind travelling and paying sensible money if anyone has one.

Even a spare generator or water pump which can be split would be OK.

Thanks

A few people have changed them to Lifan engines which seem to be fairly cheap. I've got a spare Honda engine but I keep it as a spare as I've had nothing but trouble with them

The Lifans seem too cheap to be any good???but I've no experience to confirm that. I would prefer a Honda engine as the current one has done well for me.

I haven't tried one yet but I will do! My experience with Honda engines has not been good :-(
