My husky 455 rancher isn't oiling the bar. Cleaned the holes in the bar and looking for what to look at yet. What's the best thing to check next?

Cheers

Took it all apart tonight. When you hand turn the oil pump with the rubber hose up to the oil outlet off the oil comes out of the hole in the metal oil pump. When I put the rubber hose back on and push it down it comes out on the oil hole. However when it's all back together the oil seems to seep out the bottom. It's like the rubber hose isn't sealing on the oil pump outlet. Any thoughts?
