Any one know of a firm other than stobarts who will take wood chip in West Yorkshire? I have always delt with stobarts but for what they give me a ton and i have to load it and now only being able to book an "am" or "pm" slot it's a waste of time as I have to have a man with a loader sat here just incase they make it on time!

Yeah thete normally in early which they are today aswell but it's only by luck as all they will promise is am or pm, for what they pay it's a waste of time having to hang around to load it if they ain't in first thing.

Problem is hardly anyone is buying it so the prices are rock bottom. Your time to load it, your machine and fuel costs, £150 for a lorry load isn't worth it from my perspective. I'd rather donate it all to the local allotments.

Your right richy it's not really worth it but also I don't want to be driving round local attotments trying to get rid if it either.
