On a treemotion, the leg loops & risers are points of articulation so wear is inevitable. It is often compounded by poor adjustment - where one side is a different length to the other causing uneven loading.

Was the other side similarly worn?

 

 

No the other side has no wear to speak of. Just a little glazed.

 

I never readjusted as I had found the "perfect" fit.

Once it starts the issue usually gets worst, mine go like that after a year or so and I change them every 2 years and replace harness every 4.
