Milk increases risk of prostrate cancer..

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide, with an estimated 400,000 new cases diagnosed annually. Its incidence and mortality have been associated with milk or dairy product consumption in international and interregional correlational studies.

That's will be an interesting read, I scanned through it but will take time to read it a bit more shortly.

I was aware of this but then I was aware red meats and many other foods/drinks increase the risk of cancer, my view on it all is I am not going to stop eating and drinking the things I like just because of a sight increased risk of cancer.

I could give up everything and still get cancer and I would have spent years avoiding the little pleasures in life to find out the worst has happened anyway. Not saying eat nothing but junk, just do things in moderation, I have a pretty valences diet at it goes.

With regards to the milk, I'm willing to try it out just to see if there is any kind of truth in it.

I'm not having a go, just putting my views across.

Plenty of People smoke 40 a day and increase there risk of lung cancer and they don't even enjoy it.

Haha, I smoke myself and do enjoy it but am cutting down with the plan to quit for obvious reasons.

But there are people who hate smoking because they have don't it for so long that it's not even a joy anymore

Maybe a glass of milk could soothe their croaky throat? hmmm :confused1:

cheers, Steve

humans have only been drinking milk for a few thousand years, and its taken that long for the lactose intolerant gene to spread through the population...

The Romans rebuked the Britons for being milk drinkers, so even then it seems the lactose intolerant gene had not traveled through the whole European population..

Which makes me wonder that drinking milk might have undesirable side effects including cancer in some cases...
