Interesting, I must admit I can quite happily down a pint of milk after a day's work (find it really refreshing). I will go a week without any after work and then one week necking a pint after a day and see if I notice any different. Will keep you posted.

 

 

But it's in your head now, so can only possibly be down to placebo effect!🙄🙄

That'll be great to find out.... especially if you could manage to do similar work loads in each week.

why am I not convinced?.. link to the research please...

 

Perhaps I will try and find the research myself, see if I can't pick it apart...

 

Go for it!... just don't read any research linked to sports drink manufacturers, or the milk marketing board!

It tends to be pretty similar work loads day in day out for me (flat out form 7-6). I'll even write to jobs and finishing times in if you like. Worth doing a test. I'll start next Monday with no milk.
