I hate stihl trousers. I have tried a few pairs, including the x-fit, and every pair has ripped, all the zips have broken within a couple of weeks, and are often too baggy for me (and i aint skinny). Never ever again will i buy another pair of stihl trousers. My opinion of course.

I have had a pair of Pfanner Arborist trousers for almost 2 years, they are still going, and will do for a while yet. Would buy again, if I didnt want to try out the arbortecs

I have had the Meindl airstreams for over 2 years, and they are only now starting to show their age, just wearing out. Getting another pair when mine finally die :thumbup1:

I have both meindl airstreams and arbortec trousers and I think they are both great. I kinda agree with the comments about the back flap, but it's not a massive issue for me.

One piece of advice...the arbortecs apparently come in regular and long, I'm quite tall (6'2) and I have the regulars and they are short for me! When I get my next pair I'll get the long ones.
