Thats about a poor a job as you can get!

 

Why wont the LA say who is doing there work? After all, its tax payers money that is being spent.

 

Or is it not a job for the LA but they are just on there list?

It went out to LA tender so it must be an approved contractor hence the secrecy.And we say on our phone book an yellow pages ads were LA approved,what happens when joe public see's that and finds out the culprit was approved!:confused1:

i saw better than that today tbh jamie, and it was council boys that did the job with their mewp. totempole pops, left about 40 feet high, but they might be coming back to fell, so didnt want to jump to conclusions, well i hope they are going to fell them lol

Don't get me started about them.One ot there bigger chiefs stopped us at a roadside job we were doing for NTS and picked us up on some minor sign details.Ok sorted it out then next few days came across one of there traffic managment jobs,DOUBLE STANDARDS.All i'm saying

Here's some work from another approved LA contractor in the Prestwich area, i managed to see from a couple weeks ago, best thing was... they needed a mewp to do this, must be all of 15 feet above the ground :)

nope, can't remember the name now unfortunately, there were definately 4 of em could've even been 5 at one point, had an enourmous chipper and mewp and took most of the day to do it..!?!?! didn't have me phone with me when they did it, got the pics the day after..

ha ha, that is the best/worst cut i have ever seen(pic 2 and 3) i know its not funny but HOLY MOLLY. we have all made boo boos, and maybe caught the bark a bit when trimming, rubbed a wee bit of soil on it, but wow, that was a beauty, can you imagine coming back to check on the boys and seeing that, i reckon that is an attempt to fix someone elses mistake, but they didnt know when to stop.......
