Some peope prefer a chainsaw but if i can i'll always use the silky,i use a 330mm zubat curved blade which ive even used to chog down some skinny stems.

If the curved blade puts you off then the gomatro and natanoko which are also good.

As said before they can inflict nasty cuts be careful

Thanks everyone....

Just when I thought it had swayed towards the Sugoi the thread has gone the way all the others have that I read.. Sugoi, Zubat, Natanoko....

I'm back to square one :lol:

Sounds to me like a good pair of Fiskers loppers might come in handy as well..

And if it was me, I'd get a small silky and a big silky...push the boat out an all that...

Silky gomtaro 300 for me every time. The natanoko was good but I went back to the gomtaro, perfect handle although it does occasionally drop out of the scabbard when up a tree and gets tipped upside down. The natanoko was held slightly tighter.
