tray bagger is a waste of time ,we have a rack system we use a few old wooden ladders have put 4 oval nais in each square and hang the bags in there ,we do 20 at a time ,me and steve my worker do 450 bags a day like this 1 fills and the other pulls them out and hangs the bag ,we have a huge tray where all the wood is at waist level ,1 man can do 250 a day like this ,if 1 of us is processing and hanging the bags and the other filling and pulling them ou we can do around 350 a DAY ,dont waste ur cash on a tray bagger

We made our own tray bagger to get ourselves going.

 

Still use it today, but maybe not for much longer...

 

We (or the boss more like) is looking into buying the kindling in as it looks like it cheaper that way in time / costs etc...

I might have a go at making one of these I wanted the bags to fill flat so I can stack on pallet, but I like the sound of the ladder too so il see what's in my scrap pile and go from there:thumbup:
