Schlesinger chippers don't die, they just get a new coat of paint. Run this one for 15yrs and was used when I bought it. Have looked at replacing it but nothing as heavily built.

 

Good to see old kit being used. Have you had it updated and modernised to suite the current H&SE regs. These all changed some fifteen years ago and it would be worth checking to see if yours is safe to use.

had a chat to the current supplier/importer at the apf show a while back and was advised as to what was required, has had a few alterations since! Currently looking for a set of decals, not so much "Schiesling" but the safety stuff. Do you (greenmech) supply a generic set as only down the road from us?

Go into Global and see a set of decsals on their machines, I would think they are pretty generic. Off memory, we do not change sticker sets for tractor mounted to road tows etc. The main difference is whether it is above or below that 600mm.
