I had a load of 95x95 planned timber at least 5.2 metres long so I made this the inside measurement. I like my bays 2.8 wide gives a bit of wiggle room with the pallets. I cut the 5.2 roughly in half to get the depth and height with a bit of adjustment for a 200 mm fall.

The half finished frame on the left took two of us 2 hours to make the first one took 6 hrs once you made one they fly up. I am thinking of making 5

When we run the joinery off cuts through the cross cut saw they are fed into those bags by a conveyor. We used to leave them outside but the weather is now so wet it's been getting through the bags. They may only stay in that shed for a week or so but we normally have about 80 of those bags at a time.

Did you treat the bottom beams (the ones directly on the ground) with anything to make them last? Or if they're pressure treated anyway, will they last OK?

They look good.
