Surely it would be worth just keeping your kit for the odd job in the future ?

Appreciate what you're saying, however, it's a lot of kit for 2 days a week use. Cost of running and insuring it, can't be justified anymore. I'd be working at a loss, hence deciding to sell up. Not an easy call by any means.

So if you guys know anyone who's interested in the kit, please get in touch and we can discuss the ins & outs.
