Cheers Gerbutt, the rope was fine as we used pinto rigs for anything decent, they took a hammering though.

Haaaaa luckily the customer understood what damage was to incur. It was near woodland scrub and tbh, the avant made more mess than the logs. Messy job at a messy time of year.

Thanks a lot guys, means a lot. There was a lot of ball raisingmoments on this removal I must admit. We strapped the 2 limbs together as they were moving a lot without loading them. In the end it was probably more of a psychological strap but still worked.
