Just picked up a parking ticket an hour and a half ago in Bath Somerset but not payin

Jon is saying that he his going to pay is fine (for parking where he shouldn't, then moaning when he got caught) in 5 and 10 pence pieces.

 

What he fails to realise is the council could refuse to take a large amount of change and tell him to naff off and either pay with some folding, or pay by card or cheque.
