Recently got one of these but haven't got round to setting it up yet.

My question is, when setting it up on a bench how high should I fix it. Would it be better to have it more or less at eye level rather than at waist height? Does anyone have any experience of this or used one in this way??

Thanks

I have mine bolted direct on the bench, and a desk computer office wheely chair to sit on. works well. wants to be chest height, sitted or standing imo, so either way you're not bent over.

Thanks Josh... I never thought of using a chair... Far too obvious!!

When God was handing out brains I thought he said "trains" so I jumped on a slow one.

at any height where you can sit/stand and work it in a comfortable manner, the more comfortable you are, the easier it is to work, and for me this is around mid waistline, one thing I would say is get a good light shining down on the chain from behind it
