Yet another yard break in

Morning all,

It is with great sadness that I'm writing about another break in where I have my yard. Thankfully it wasn't me this time (I've been done twice) but one of the estate workers had all his saws taken and the building company on site had their office turn over with plenty of kit being taken.

Coincidentally () a red transit drove around the yard last Friday and was stopped by an estate worker, the drivers soon made their excuses and drove off, the yard is just outside Storrington in West Sussex.

The pattern seems to fit my last two break ins, that's to say they all happened on a stormy night; keep them peeled guys and girls, plenty of utter scum out there......

Whats the recovery rate like for tools that have been put on there?

Would imagine most scum that sell stolen gear remove the serial numbers anyway?

It's too early for those sort of stats really. At this point we just need people to register. Seems people are more happy to look at reasons why it's not worth registering than spend the short time it takes to actually register. If Everyone used this it would have far more chance of making a difference, even if only for a very small percentage of cases
