Just more ammunition for me if the EA ever pull me for no Waste Carriers License, I can't wait for that day, all that pent up anger will just explode out of me

 

 

BTW, the council bod I phoned today was also astounded at all that risk for just two bin liners... I've also sent off to DVLA for information request for the vehicles keeper details

In the form I sent to dvla they ask for good reason for request of driver details.

 

I put : This vehicle was used to illegally flytip on my land, I have video evidence of the offence and wish to summons the keeper of the vehicle for private prosecution

 

So hopefully in a few days I should have his address
