unusual timber samples needed can you help?

still looking for any unusual specimens if you find any, ones that don't grow into large trees are great.

 

would like a decent sized bit of privet or lilac.

I have some elder (Sambucus nigra) about 10" dia but apparently all sapwood. Also blackthorn does not appear on the list and I may be able to get hold of some common hawthorn.
