😀 it's me I need to stop reading certain posters comments!!

I try not to anymore but sometimes I read them and I have not learnt to keep my mouth shut yet!!

The sooner we all accept that certain cultures hate secular democracy the better....

democracy's problem is that everyone gets to vote

Which other system would you prefer? Perhaps we should base our society on a book written 1300 years ago by a warlord living in the desert?

Sorry too subtle for you!!

I think the main problem with democracy is that politicians have not been looking after the interests of the electorate. It's been obvious for a while that mass migration from the third world has not been beneficial for Britons...

seems to me after watching a fair amount of comment and news on this ISIS thing, that the Sunnis want their own State consisting of Northern Iraq an most of Syria.

ISIS seems to be providing them with what they want..

It might just be a good idea to split up Iraq and Syria into Sunni Shia States and once thats done, no need for ISIS.

They'll be gone in a minute..

Trouble is, no one wants to talk about splitting up countries lest it provokes others to want the same..

In the meantime, bombing might kill off this weeks flavour of the month Sunni Terrorist group, but it wont stop the Sunnis wanting nothing to do with the Shia's..

Until Obama and Cameron grasp this nettle, they'll be flying bombs into Iraq and Syria till the cows come home..

ISIS are not there to provide anything for the Sunnis of Iraq. They are there to carve out their own state from which they wish to take over the whole region and then the World - I know it's ridiculous but that is their stated aim - they will torture maim and kill all who oppose them, they make Hitler rational - they must be exterminated with boots on ground to do job properly with less collateral deaths than a prolonged air campaign - the West's politicians need to grow a pair.
