The flat bed is quite handy for moving longer items on relatively flat open ground, although you obviously loose the "narrow access" element whilst carrying a 12ft bit of timber sideways!

Yes should do (if they'll sell it to you), not sure how the "weight kit" is attached on, might need holes drilling. You could also make attachments of your own, I made a wee towbar to bolt on the skip.

 

 

 

 

 

You do sometimes see used muck trucks on ebay etc, apart from the initial depreciation on a brand new machine, they seem to hold their value quite well

Got myself one of these today along with the power loader!! Pritty pleased with it!

Great, I've just built a snow plough for mine No snow to test it out yet though lol

 

 

Also built a towbar that attaches onto the skip

I use my Truxta for moving logs etc. It has a flat bed with poles for lengths of timber / rings and the dumper top for wood chip, gravel and other loose material such as rubble. It is 0.72 M wide and articulates so that it does not scrub on lawns. The lads were sceptical at first, but now its a fight to see who gets to use it.

 

This morning I confirmed my order for a snow plough attachment and paid for the tow-ball attachment. I intent to make a small forwarding trailer ( for brash ) for those long drags out of back gardens, the only problem I can see is that we will have to walk back-wards when it is loaded.

Have a look at the TCF engineering brash cart, it looks like it would be ideal with a tow hitch on it, 750mm wide

Arb truck on its own us a great bit of kit. Has saved a lot of time on some big fells.
