In a and e feeling bored and a bit stupid. Changing blades on a jo beau m400, moved drum round with fingers to check clearance etc, compression releases suddenly. Tip badly cut on one finger, another severed through the bone was dangling around. Could have been much worse.

I should have known better but an easy mistake to make none the less. Hope this can stop someone else doing the same.

Take belts off next time - disconnect drive from engine :thumbup1:

Yeah was just hurrying. Had blades sent express delivery due to discovering crack in one so changed them this lunch time to go to job in afternoon. No work for a while now me thinks. Flat out busy too.
