I do a few days a month servicing domestic sewage treatment plants for a company that have got some large Customers, one of these is an Estate in North Norfolk (most of you would know who owns it, think about it).

So, last week I went to service said STP's..... one customer complained to the Estate manager.... His reason to complain, I did the job to quickly!!!!

The second complaint was, the pump is stopping and starting intermittently...... Just how it's meant to work!!!

How some of you lads deal with the public, day in, day out is beyond me!

Can you tell these complaints got under my skin?
