absolutely!!

me and my brother grew up boxing every night when we we younger. he was older and bigger than me and i could never get the better of him, but he used to love winding me up to the point that i lost it and unloaded with everything i had. He would lay on the ground covering up and laughing his head off while i attempted to beat the crap out of him :biggrin:

 

Excellent :biggrin: ...... I think these moments bring people closer together . I,m sure you and your brother are very close now . Class memory thanks for sharing boss :thumbup:

Not bad - never really done circuit training if I am honest, though I did German Volume Training for a bit a few months ago - it was an experience! Back to higher weight lower reps now, as it's more enjoyable.

 

Its whatever you enjoy i suppose.Ive seen some workout plans for german volume training.tbh it scared the beejesus out of me just looked to brutal haha.Im not really into heavy training my joints take enough pounding climbing.Cant beat the feeling of leaving nothing but sweat on the gym floor no matter what training regime you follow
