1940's weekend in North Norfolk

I attended the weekend as we live so close by. Great time had and some awesome trucks. We even saw the spitfire on both days. It flew really low because it was over farmland.

 

We even decided to attended a church service to renew our wedding vows.

 

Oh and the train in front managed to crash into the barriers due to a brake failure.

 

The towns that get involved were Sheringham, holt and weybourne station. Very unique and great fun.

Probably mid next year I'll be in Durham again.

 

I never even envisaged it was as big as it is. Next year I'm either going as a paratrooper or desert rat. Got told off playing on the anti air has powered gun (after a good few beers) for....... Shooting it at the ss on the beach. I did state that I thought they were invading.
