Too each his own but not everyones got the money too afford cut and climb.

I'm in that camp at the moment & don't really want to spend more than £50.

Plus a pair of wellies + waterproof trousers and before you know it you've spent £hundreds.

cheers, steve

I've had many so called water proof jackets now I just buy what's comfortable and resign myself to the fact I'll get wet when it rains.

I've got the stein smock, it's warm it keeps the wind off you and it's slightly waterproof. I would recommend it

So your not a fan then, although i could get lots of binliners for 70 quid!

Tbh I like the stein rain jacket as it fits nice and keeps wind of etc and shower proof

Got the smock and just leaked like a sieve and not nice even as a jacket

Only worn it once and gave it away

Very disappointed

Emailed stein and not even the curtesy of a reply

Funny how some people are negative commenting on the kreiger work smok because its not waterproof. The smok is not advertised as waterproof, and this was never a factor when i was considering buying it.Now i have the smok i rate it as what it is-a cold day jacket that holds up well to the rigors of the job.
