HGV training firms are very well organised, you can get your class 2 licence in under a week, once you've had the medical and done the thoery test etc...

 

The training and test is fairly challenging, but its good fun.

just made a call there, 4 days it will take driving around in an 18 tonner, approx 600 quid and there is a company 10 miles from me. find out in the morning when i can get started. cant wait now. over and out rubber duck 10/4 come on good buddy. there is a bear in the air.:001_cool:

Yup. And despite its Ag tax class, you WILL need a hgv licence...

 

 

Is that because the actual vehicle is not registered ag like a mog.

 

Also doin my class 2 very soon in prep for my new vehicle setup plans :001_tt1:

Put it like this - If VOSA catch that vehicle hauling chip, it'll be impounded. You can register anything you like as AG, but if they prove your using it for haulage, your fooked.

 

Shrekie will probably never have to worry about it where he lives.
