Le Chameau boot repair

If you have no luck getting them repaired could be worth trying some of the grab adhesives a go. The ones you load into a gun, like silicone seal but a hundred times stronger. They flex and stick to almost anything.

I think it's evostick that do one in a silver tube, ultimate grab or something. Less than a tenner and handy to have knocking about as you will only use a tiny bit.

le chameau will repair them take to your nearest dealer they will not want the agro but insist. I used to deal with le chameau any problems pm will give you factory details

Le Chameau have said I can send them back to them for a guaranteed repair (carried out by French craftsmen) but they would bill me afterwards for whatever time and materials it took.

Fair enough, really, they are older than my next wife.

There's a glue you can get from marine shop for mending holes in inflatable boats can not think what it is. Also shoe goo maybe worth a try.

Missed this post mate.

I've tried 'Stormsure' that you can repair wetsuits with, but it's not man enough.

Plenty to try here lads, thank you all.

My 15 year old leather lined Chameau wellies have a split along the seam above the heel.

I've tried gluing it with various products without success, as it opens up when I walk.

Any suggestions?

I don't particularly want to lash out £300 on a new pair.

Have you tried Orvis? They are always really helpful when I get stuff from them. There's also that country clothing shop in tenterden (can't remember the name) down your way who are good, not sure if they would do it or they may know somebody who could
