quite good value then is there an expiry date on it? i have various digger,mewp etc tickets on LANTRA but they were 5 year tickets so i will have to be re-assessed on them, is the grinder one the same?

 

Yes it is, but for the cost its well worh it. my MEWP ticket is the same.

Yes you can dismantle and prune without the tickets, Too many tickets about these days in my opinion!

 

but shpuld you screw up when pruning or dismantling then the insurance will jump all over you . i did my cs40 and 41 about 3 years ago and it tought me loads that i did not alredy know and several skills that i had not been tought at merrist wood . IMO its well worth doing

Totally agree mate, if your dismanteling and you have a cock up they will ask for your cs41!

i have cs 40 (pruning) aswell, this has come in usefull for some comercial work, it also means if you do cock it up you have less excuses.......:laugh1:

 

You can go on with tickets for ever, you just have to be comfortable with what your doing i guess and keep risks to a min.
