Intrigued to see the outcome of this. I was so tempted to get the scafells but I didn't want them to not be as good as my profells were. So just got another pair of them as I know they last

Has anyone else brought any and have you all had your free socks?

 

 

The black ones that I picked up for my boss had socks as well so seems you've been unlucky, probably a packing error. Mine cost £179, not bothered for a quid though as the shops about a mile away.

 

Worn them all day and have been comfortable. Need some breaking in though I think. Won't be climbing till next week so will report back then

I'll be on spikes Wednesday I think so will let you know. I believe the older scafells were uncomfortable on them, but they seemed bulky when I tried them on. These are far better
