Mmmmmm, the ones I have done haven't, have you checked the inlet manifold and impulse connector yet?

 

Yes mate I stripped and cleaned it when I first got it as it was in right state, all seemed as it was intended !...:thumbup1:

Just gonna ask a question on here rather than starting a new thread! My 560 today chain brake stopped working! It's does snap on and off but chain still goes round! But seems to be struggling to lock on! Stripped down but can't seem to see what's up?

The band is broken, some of the comments on this thread are unbelievable, how many times do we have to tell people not to run the bloody saw with the bar and chain removed and clutch still on, as for the 36/136/137 all having inherent idling problems, says who????????

Why's that.....never had a problem:blushing: apart from dents in the ceiling and parts all over the shop:001_rolleyes::lol:

mines broke on saturday just at the back of the screw where it goes into the plastic bush pop the band out and have a look at it its about £14 of eblag all you need to change it is a medium flat screwdriver
